CIB conference 2023
The Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre (BMCC), opened in December 2021, is the ideal venue for special events, conferences and trade fairs. Its outstanding location, within walking distance of numerous Bruges hotels and world-famous attractions, meets all the needs of a modern event and conference venue.
The BMCC has become a very popular venue for events and conferences. In little less than 3 years, it has established itself as a key player in the market. Numerous Belgian and international companies and associations choose the modern setting of the BMCC in the historic city center for hosting conferences and events.
The expo hall at the ground level has a total surface of 4,500 square meters and is the ideal space for trade fairs, larger public events and even concerts up to 2500 people. The upper floors are designed for meetings and conferences from 15 to 516 participants. The design of this unique building provides all you need: an auditorium with
a retractable seating platform for 516 people, a spacious foyer, poster areas, 12 breakout rooms and a catering area on the top floor with a beautiful view over Bruges. A lot of conferences even combine the meeting rooms upstairs with the large hall at the ground floor, which is ideal for networking, sponsor booths and catering.
